How do I know what size to order?
Most BEARPAW boots and slippers are available in whole sizes only. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up to the next whole size for the most comfortable fit, especially if you plan to wear thick socks.

NeverWet® is a superhydrophobic clear coating that allows water and stains to bead up and roll off the surface of your shoes. It helps keep your footwear dry and clean from rain, snow, and everyday spills.
How should I clean my sheepskin boots?
We recommend using a specialized suede and sheepskin cleaner. Gently brush the surface with a soft brush to remove dirt, apply the cleaner sparingly, and allow them to air dry away from direct heat or sunlight.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in unworn, original condition with all tags attached. Please use our online returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label for a seamless return process.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international territories. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
